TEKsystems is currently hiring for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) who offers counseling, wellness programs, and support services to employees to help improve emotional and mental well-beings! This Attorney Network Coordinator will be part of the Provider Relations Team to help build out the EAP's attorney network. Job Description: * Conduct outreach (40+ calls/day) to attorneys nationwide to invite them to join a referral network-this is an educational, not sales-focused, role. * Manage attorney relationships, contracts, and credentialing; ensure services align with client needs and quality standards. * Stay highly organized while handling a large volume of communications (calls, emails, forms) and follow-ups to schedule meetings and gather required documentation. * Support internal coordination and documentation, including data entry, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required (any field). * At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting involving analytical or administrative responsibilities. * Familiarity with behavioral health or legal terminology; prior exposure to legal environments (e.g., paralegal work or law office admin) is a plus. * Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Target Start Date: June 23rd Location: Kansas City, MO 64153 Pay: $21-$23/HR depending on experience and knowledge REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS: We are building out a team in Kansas City. All employees are working remotely until the building is fully complete. Once the office is fully set up within the next 6 months or up to a year, all employees will be expected to work onsite. There may be a possibility for a hybrid schedule. The building will be located near the Kansas City airport. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
