  • Join The Campbell's Company as a Brand Manager leading Rao's Sauce. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to take Rao's Sauce brand strategy to the next level.
  • As a key player on the Rao's band team, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's path to future growth. Your creativity and strategic prowess will be put to the test as you lead to inspire breakthrough marketing and drive sales, share and profitability.
  • Lead Rao's Sauce Brand Team end-to-end. Rao's Homemade is a fast-growing premium brand rooted in tradition and known for its uncompromising quality.
  • Rao's Sauce is both a megabrand and one of our fastest-growing brands. You will use your superior executive presence and communications skills to lead the teams to unlock fast growth potential for the portfolio.

What you will do...

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth for Rao's sauces.
  • Uphold the brand's distinctive positioning, ensuring all touchpoints-from packaging to advertising-reflect its premium quality and culinary authenticity.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the annual brand plan, aligning with broader business objectives and collaborating with Sales, R&D, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Lead business analytics for Rao's Sauce to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities and monitor performance against objectives, recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing to translate AOP objectives into strong marketing briefs; develop breakthrough communication and campaign activation across channels.
  • Manage monthly consumption analysis and forecast inputs, working with demand planning & sales strategy to deliver forecast accuracy. Identify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan.
  • Develop category innovation pipeline (line extensions, renovation) from concept development to in-market execution. Lead cross-functional teams through stage gate and commercialization processes. Partner with Innovation team on new adjacent spaces and additional capabilities.
  • Partner with brand finance to lead ongoing financial management of Rao's Sauce to deliver sales, profit, and share growth targets.
  • Act as the brand voice across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consumer-centricity in all decision-making.
  • Manage and develop one direct report, supporting their professional growth while ensuring brand priorities are delivered with excellence.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years brand management experience in consumer goods or related industry
  • Demonstrated success leading brand strategy, innovation, or campaign development
  • Experience managing P&L on a large portfolio

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report
  • Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional teams and communicating across all levels of an organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Passion for food and experience working in premium or culinary-focused brands a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$140,600-$202,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
