The Manager, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) will plan and execute engagement and inclusion programs for employee communities, with a focus on supporting Employee Resource Groups globally. The role reports to the Director, ERGs and Inclusion and has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of programs that empower and enable ERGs to deliver impact in strategic pillars of talent development, belonging & culture, community engagement, and business impact.
- Serve as trusted advisor and global liaison for ERGs, ensuring ERGs have resources, information, governance, and support.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to engage and support ERGs, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Regional I&D and others.
- Serve as the champion and voice of ERGs within the People team and across the company, helping to identify opportunities in which ERGs can be included and add value to initiatives.
- In collaboration with Communications, develop communication & marketing materials for awareness campaigns, key heritage month and other marquee events, including aggregating calendar of events and programs.
- Create and maintain procedures, toolkits, and communication channels that support efficient and effective operations, lead exploration and potential implementation of external platform for ERG management and engagement.
- Manage budget allocations, process payments in collaboration with team's Analyst.
- Work with Analyst and ERGs to measure impact of initiatives, conduct post program evaluations, and make recommendations for further improvements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Passionate about inclusion & diversity, employee development and engagement
- Professional HR/Inclusion & Diversity/Employee Engagement experience in a corporate environment preferred, with specific experience leading a global Employee Resource Group program.
- Global mindset, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, across functions, across cultural, geographic and time zone boundaries.
- Exceptional project/program management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (research, writing, editing, presentation and speaking).
- Confidence and ability to express ideas/opinions and offer communication ideas/recommendations in a diplomatic way.
- Strong analytical and data skills, ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into insights, ability to manage complex budgets
- Experience managing external partnerships, including with non-profit organizations
- High proficiency in MS Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint, and ability to adapt to and learn new software programs/systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as a strong, supportive team member.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100.00 to 162,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
