The Training Analyst II supports the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for Department of Defense (DoD) health IT initiatives, including JOMIS and PARATUS deployments. This role assists in integrating modules into Learning Management Systems (LMS), supports curriculum development, and ensures effective execution of training programs for Navy healthcare readiness and profiling tools. The analyst will contribute to improving health IT workflows through targeted training support and user readiness initiatives.

Type of Employment: Full-time, W2

Work Location/Travel: Remote with up to 25% travel to client sites including Navy installations; relocation not required

Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 annually (W2, based on education, experience, and geographic location)

Role Reports to: Project Manager

Direct Reports: This role has no direct reports

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of training programs for JOMIS and PARATUS modules.

  • Assist with LMS integration and ensure smooth delivery of training content to end-users.

  • Design and monitor training assessments to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate training activities to enhance adoption of profiling tools and health IT workflows.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and project teams to maintain curriculum consistency.

  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and track completion metrics.

  • Contribute to workflow improvements through training program alignment with operational objectives.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of training program support, LMS tools, and health IT systems.

  • Ability to coordinate and monitor training execution in complex environments.

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Navy healthcare operations and readiness initiatives.

Education/Certification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Health, IT, or a related field

Experience Required:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in training program coordination, LMS integration, and curriculum support.

  • Hands-on experience supporting module delivery for health IT systems.

  • Experience in a healthcare or military training environment is preferred

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and training content management.

  • Ability to support training assessments and data tracking.

Desirable (Not Required) Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with Navy LMS tools and Fleet/Navy operational training requirements.

  • Experience in Agile training coordination and readiness IT deployments.

  • Background in health IT workflow improvement through targeted training programs.
