Are you a leader in social services looking for an opportunity to implement  strategic change?  The Human Services Department (HSD) seeks qualified applicants to fill their Program Development Manager position.

 

This Program Development Manager works in the Family, Youth, and Children Division of the Human Services Department and will oversee the ongoing implementation and management of the Family First Prevention Services Act's (FFPSA) funding sources. They will also be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of internal processes and structures related to the FFPSA, including new process requirements for applicant eligibility determinations, monitoring evidence-based practices funded through the program, addressing equity issues, and managing service contracts with providers of preventative services. 

 

The Ideal candidate for this position will have significant experience in program planning and implementation, monitoring evidenced-based practices and procedures, using data resources to inform program and policy development.
