We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing, building, and evolving secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platform products. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver platform capabilities that support DevOps, automation, AI/ML, and modern application architectures across multiple cloud environments (public and private). The team operates as an internal product group, building reusable tools and services that enable teams to deploy and manage cloud-native application efficiently and securely. What we offer you:

How you will make an impact:
- Technical Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of internal cloud platform components across AWS and private cloud environments.
- Set technical direction for infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, and developer-facing platform tools.
- Define and maintain platform standards, governance policies, and cost optimization practices.
- Promote platform usability through documentation, reusable patterns, and self-service capabilities for development teams.
- Team & Project Management:
- Lead a team of engineers (direct and matrixed) using Agile and DevOps practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with application, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional platform solutions.
- Platform Engineering & DevSecOps:
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build/release automation in support of secure software delivery.
- Design and support tooling for containerized deployments (ECS, EKS/AKS/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Oversee development and support of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) modules and automation tooling for cloud resource provisioning.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and other cloud-native services.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure platform components support organizational security and compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate cloud-native security tools (e.g., IAM, PIM, Key Vault, Conditional Access) and enable interoperability with security products and platforms such as Prisma Access and Contrast Security.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or platform development.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a technical or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated success designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud platforms and services.
- Deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and container orchestration technologies.
- Experience building internal tooling and enabling developer self-service workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at building alignment and driving collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
- Product mindset with a focus on usability, reliability, and developer experience.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect preferred
- Experience with the following:
- Cloud Platform: Experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Programming: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, shell scripting
- CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD
- Containers: Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), ECS, Docker
- Observability: CloudWatch, Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
- Security: IAM, KMS, PIM, secrets management
- Serverless: AWS Lambda, Azure Functions
