*We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team in a role that centers on supporting residential homeowners with their mortgage-related inquiries.*
* Location:* Englewood, Colorado 80112 * Job Description * * Handling inbound calls from homeowners regarding a variety of mortgage topics such as payments, address changes, password resets, and general account support. * Managing a balanced mix of calls-approximately 50% are related to making monthly payments, while the rest involve general questions or account support. *Skills & Qualifications * * *Contact Center Experience:* Minimum of 3 years in a contact center environment is required. * *Technical Proficiency: *Must be comfortable using computers, including navigating multiple screens, working with dual monitors, multitasking while speaking, and having a general understanding of Microsoft Office. *Work Environment & Schedule* * This is a 100% on-site position. * Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST. * Team members are expected to work one Saturday per month, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
