Director Sales | Acadia Join Epicor as a Director Sales! The Director Sales serves as a strategic partner for the sales organization and will lead our Acadia sales team. Responsible for generating revenue for new or existing customers. Responsible for the product sales budget and P&L growth. What you will be doing:
Leads a team selling Acadia's Connected Worker platform -focused on training reinforcement, SOP digitization, and frontline operational compliance. Advise and coaches the sales team on complex cases to ensure sales efficiency. Understands and articulates the value of Acadia in supporting safety, quality, and productivity initiatives for deskless workers. Builds strategic cross-functional relationships with sales leadership to develop strategic plans, drive efficiency and maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly forecasts and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Anticipates and resolves conflicts. Removes operational barriers to the sales team's success. Acts as executive leader to the customer, providing corporate resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsible for the sales team budget and P&L growth. Acts as a key player managing company initiatives. Typically manages 10 M USD in quota.
What you will likely bring:
Strong experience in sales management in the software industry Experience managing a sales quota of +5 M USD Deep understanding of frontline workforce challenges-including onboarding, retention, standard work compliance, and training accountability. Familiarity with sales motions involving compliance-driven buying centers (e.g., FDA, OSHA-regulated environments). Ability to develop opportunity strategies across mid-market and enterprise segments, with both integrated and standalone sales motions. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues Strong leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities 11+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types 5+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Master's degree preferred Northeastern candidates preferred
