- Serves as an advanced technologist for an individual technology or set of technologies.
- Work closely with Technology management, senior Engineers, and support teams on a regular basis to implement and manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet or exceed the organization's current and future needs.
- Responsibilities include infrastructure review, implementation, design, support, architectural documentation creation, standards, policies, analysis, and testing.
- Regularly and independently interact with business partners of varying associate and management levels to clarify the problem/opportunity and elicit business requirements.
- Coordinate vendor interactions and vendor resources as needed.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators.

- The client seeks a well-rounded SCCM/Desktop Engineer to join our End User Computing team.
- This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint systems, ensuring devices' secure and efficient operation across the enterprise.
- This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-user experience and support enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Oversee the daily operations of SCCM and Intune, managing software deployments, patching, compliance policies, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Windows desktop standards, configurations, and policies to ensure secure and optimized endpoint management.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, streamline operations, and improve endpoint security.
- Implement security policies, authentication standards, and conditional access rules for endpoint security and device compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network configurations to improve system performance.
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Lead and contribute to medium-to-large-scale IT projects focused on endpoint management and security improvements.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in systems design, management, and architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows desktop operating systems, Windows deployment, SCCM, Intune, endpoint security, automation, and hardware/software management.
