A DAY IN THE LIFE Installs and decommissions project site technology including network equipment (wireless access points, P2P radio systems, switches, cameras, IOT devices), data cabling, and audio-visual equipment in project office and surveillance trailers. Supports project personnel and technology remotely or onsite from project start up to completion. Interacts with third-party vendors and partners during installations, repairs and site decommissioning Serves as the primary technical point of contact communicating with assigned project teams about the work being done, explaining technical issues, and providing updates. Provides escalated incident support and manages field end user requests for hardware, applications and access. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Three to five yearsof progressive experience in installation, configuration, and support of Windows based computer hardware, iOS mobile devices, software, peripherals, network equipment, data cabling, and audio-visual installation required. Minimum of atwo-yearpost-secondary degree in Information Technology or related degree.
