Pay Rate: $36.75/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Provide onsite technical assistance for dealer service teams and support with warranty and repair needs
  • Deliver hands-on training and technical support to internal employees and dealer networks
  • Act as the escalation point for service and aftermarket concerns, ensuring swift, professional resolution
  • Build relationships with dealers and key accounts to support service excellence and aftermarket sales growth
  • Troubleshoot field issues and communicate technical feedback to cross-functional teams for long-term solutions
  • Support OSHA compliance and technician safety initiatives
  • Respond to after-hours service inquiries from dealers as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments like Parts, Warranty, and Technical Training for seamless support
  • Represent the company professionally at all times during field visits and communications

What You Bring to the Table



  • Associate degree or technical certification (or equivalent related experience)
  • 5+ years of technical experience with forklifts or mobile industrial equipment
  • 3+ years experience training others in forklift mechanics or equipment service
  • Familiarity with OEM service processes and dealer support systems
  • Forklift certification (current and maintainable)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
