Job Description * The company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Workday Business Analyst to support the ongoing optimization, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday platform. * This role will serve as a critical liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering system solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and new functionality in Workday. * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting for modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, or Time Tracking. * Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices. * Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams for development and implementation. * Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and data mappings. * Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality, and advising on adoption strategies. * Manage security roles, reporting needs, and data quality initiatives. * Provide end-user training and support as needed. * Monitor system performance, audit controls, and resolve data issues proactively.
