Job Description Summary In your role as Analyst, Training and Technology Adoption, you will be helping further develop company-wide technology training programs for 1500+ employees in over 40 locations around the world. This includes facilitating live training classes led by in-house experts or external vendors, coordinating ad-hoc training needs, creating user-focused guides, and curating content for Invenergy's learning management system (LMS). This position will gather and analyze data from various sources, as well as user feedback, to drive more effective usage of our technology platforms. You will collaborate with IT and non-IT stakeholders to help draft technology focused communications. You will also help curate the pipeline of training and technology adoption activities. Responsibilities *Technology Training oCoordinates live monthly training classes including booking training, coordinating setup, and handling registrations oCurates on-demand classes for inclusion in company's learning management system (LMS) oManages technology content lifecycle for LMS including coordinating reviews with other functional IT areas oDrafts training pipeline using data, collaboration, and feedback efforts oCreates, edits and organizes user-facing guides oAssists with onboarding of new hires via briefings, training and documentation *Technology Adoption oCollaborates with technology adoption partners both inside and outside of IT oGathers and analyze quantitative and qualitative usage data from key systems oDrafts feedback surveys about various efforts oCreates and facilities general technology communications including monthly Wi-Fi password and weekly Tech Tuesday tips oWorks to align support, operational, and project resources on various adoption-related efforts oAssist with creation of adoption and usage dashboards *Adhere to the company's values and behaviors *Provide occasional off-hours emergency communications assistance *Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills *Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in an information technology, communications, education, or related field; or demonstrated comparable experience *Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in an information technology, communications, or education, or related field; or demonstrated comparable experience *Public speaking or other communication and presentation skills *Basic data analysis skills Competencies *Strong communication skills *Strong analytical skills *Strong organizational and planning skills *Works well with a team *Excellent customer service skills About the Infrastructure Technology at Invenergy consists of a modern, cutting-edge IT environment running the Microsoft stack and utilizing best of breed hardware and software solutions. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
