We're on a mission to guide individuals and businesses through the complexities of tax relief-and we're looking for a Case Worker who's ready to make a real difference. What You'll Be Doing: As a Case Worker, you'll be the trusted guide for clients navigating the tax resolution process. You'll: * Manage Client Cases: Conduct consultations, collect financial documents, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * Be the Go-To Contact: Keep clients informed and supported throughout their journey. * Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our legal and tax teams to build strong resolution strategies. * Stay Organized: Track case progress, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate documentation.
