Location: Tempe, AZ Experience Level: Entry-Level Industry: Healthcare | Call Center | Pharmacy | PBM Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare team where your attention to detail and communication skills truly matter. What You'll Be Doing: * Handle inbound and follow-up calls from patients and healthcare providers * Answer questions about prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential healthcare information * Accurately enter and update data across multiple systems * Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism * Manage 50-100 calls per day, depending on complexity What You Bring: * 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years) * Strong computer skills and ability to type 30+ WPM * A stable work history (no jumpy resumes) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills * Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM is a big plus! Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
