ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst Required Skills: * 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Bonus if with ServiceNow. * Proven ability to gather requirements and create user stories * Active Interim Secret or fully adjudicated Secret clearance. Role Overview: Seeking a advanced-level Technical Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for a major DoD IT modernization initiative. This role involves strategy, requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead requirements gathering and translate into actionable user stories. * Design and develop ServiceNow workflows and process flows. * Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive briefings. * Participate in discovery sessions and solution design. * Provide documentation and support for customer acceptance and UAT. * Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Basic Qualifications: * Active Secret security clearance. * Advanced-level experience with as a business analyst * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies and process documentation. Preferred Qualifications: * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). * ServiceNow, especially TSOM, OMT, and Asset Management. * Familiarity with ITIL and modern development practices. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile toolsets. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
