Job Title IT Support Technician Tier 2 Top Skills' Details ** Proficiency with all Microsoft workstation operating systems.* * Knowledge of standard office applications, especially Office 365 * Experienced with user profile migration (PC Refresh) on Windows PCs * 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology or related area * Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications preferred * Knowledge of applications programming & database administratio Description -Provide Tier II support for approximately 130 end users across hardware, software, and network systems -Install, configure, maintain, and monitor company PCs, laptops, and mobile devices -Support new employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and decommissioning of hardware and accounts -Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows environments, including application support and password resets -Perform PC refreshes and Windows 11 upgrades across the organization -Support and maintain PBX systems, telephony, and video conferencing equipment -Manage and support network connectivity, including LAN/WLAN troubleshooting -Provide printer support and maintenance for various hardware brands -Order, track, and manage inventory for PCs, monitors, and peripherals -Perform secure data destruction for approximately 600 hard drives using DOD-compliant methods -Maintain accurate records in the asset management system and ensure data integrity -Follow and document standard operating procedures and IT support workflows Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
