Systems Integrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to join our dynamic group.

• * Demonstrated experience providing optical service.
  * Demonstrated experience with Dense Wave Division Multiplexer design and implementation (DWDM).
  * Demonstrated experience with legacy optical carrier equipment, Synchronize Optical Network.
  * Demonstrated experience with data communications networks to manage devices.
  * Demonstrated experience in optical engineering.
  * Demonstrated experience with fiber optic systems.
  * Demonstrated experience in the field of optics and network integration.
  * Demonstrated experience using the Agile software development methodology.
  * Demonstrated experience producing reports and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or SharePoint.
  * Demonstrated experience with HTML and browser compatibility baselines.
  * Demonstrated customer service skills responding to senior level requests.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

    * Demonstrated experience working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight.
    * Demonstrated experience exhibiting skills and capabilities with Sponsor computer systems to produce ad hoc reports on project activity and Project Schedules for consumption by senior management.
    * Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, and briefings.
    * Demonstrated experience coordinating between the Sponsor and Sponsor's partners and responding to all clients from the new-hire technician to high level staff and all in-between, for all customers who subscribe to the network.
