Job Title: Production Assistant
Job Description The Production Assistant serves as the direct line of communication between customer care and the local market. This role involves maximizing installation capacity by managing and assigning installation project dates. The Production Assistant receives service calls from both the customer care team and customers, providing accurate updates and rescheduling projects based on availability. They collaborate with installation managers and sales managers to ensure efficiency, keeping customers informed throughout the process while liaising with internal and external sources, including local permit government entities. Responsibilities * Coordinate scheduling for installations, ensuring projects are efficiently managed and deadlines are met. * Communicate effectively with customer care and local market teams to maximize installation capacity. * Receive and respond to service calls from both customers and the customer care team. * Provide accurate project updates and reschedule installations based on availability and material delays. * Collaborate with installation and sales managers to optimize the schedule and fill vacancies within a 4-week window. * Maintain familiarity with construction crews to assign the appropriate team to each site. * Handle approximately 175-236 jobs monthly, adjusting as necessary to meet demand. Essential Skills * At least 2 years of experience in scheduling installations, preferably in the construction or home service industry. * Proficiency with ERP systems is mandatory. * Experience with CRM systems is required, with Salesforce experience preferred. * Strong customer service skills. * Proficiency in scheduling coordination and project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications * High School Diploma required. * Experience working with service construction companies, particularly those dealing with windows, siding, and garage doors. * Ability to manage high call volumes in a call center environment. Work Environment The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a casual work environment that requires closed-toed shoes and jeans without holes. Training will be provided for up to two weeks, with an expectation for quick adaptation and learning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
