Responsibilities: * Oversee daily Cyber Vault operations * Manage PowerProtect Cyber Recover Manager processes * Ensure Data Domain replication integrity and system health * Monitory and analyze Cyber Sense logs, escalating alerts as needed (Resident will not take direct action on alerts) * Optimize Cyber Vault components for seamless operations * Assess the impact of customer-initiated hardware/software changes, including patching * Support recovery and restore operations under customer direction * Provide knowledge transfer to enhance customer proficiency in vault operations * Review backup set reports, Cyber Sense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.). Skills Data Domain, Avamar, PPDM, Cyber Recovery, Cyber Sense, Power Protect, IDPA Top Skills Details Data Domain,Avamar,PPDM,Cyber Recovery,Cyber Sense,Power Protect,IDPA Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of backup and recovery applications and processes. * Understand the operation of Data Domain including but not limited to: * NIC management and routing, and LACP/IFGROUPS * Basic networking including basic routing and SMTP forwarding * Linux administration * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Unquenchable desire to learn new technologies * Strong Customer service skills * Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills * Able to perform physical installation and cabling of rack mounted servers, storage and switches Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
