Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions is seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to join our dynamic business unit. In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic direction for all marketing functions and drive the growth of our innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving, global marketplace.

As the Director of Marketing, you will set the vision and lead the strategic direction for all marketing activities across our business unit. In this pivotal role, you will drive transformation, foster a small team of professionals, and create long-term value for our brand in a dynamic, global environment.

What You Will Do

  • Set and execute the overarching marketing vision and strategy for the business unit, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
  • Oversee all marketing disciplines, including digital, product, brand, content, events, public relations, and web, ensuring integration and consistency.
  • Guide market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a diverse marketing team, developing talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, sales, product, and other key stakeholders to maximize value creation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to deliver best-in-class creative and marketing solutions.
  • Establish metrics and accountability systems to measure marketing effectiveness, drive profitable transformation, and optimize resource allocation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven leader with experience directing marketing strategy for tech-focused organizations, including successful brand transformations.
  • Deep understanding across all marketing disciplines.
  • Strong economic thinking and analytical capabilities; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, skilled at building trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in a manufacturing organization
  • Experience in Enterprise level communications or telecommunications
  • Understanding of working with distribution channels

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000- $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
