Systems Integrator

VTG is looking for a Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA.

VTG is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integrator to join our team supporting an exciting customer organization operating in the cyber domain. The Systems Integrator (SI) will work with senior government officials to analyze the current software development lifecycle, propose process improvements ideas, obtain necessary approvals, and then drive the implementation of more efficient and effective processes. The successful candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-charging to identify needs and quickly execute to deliver results. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the customer front office with executing processes by facilitating boards and ad-hoc tasking.

TS/SCI with Poly Required

• Bachelors OR 7 years of successful experience relevant to a technical function being supported *

• Demonstrated successful experience developing and implementing essential program management process, to include requirements resources, schedules, configuration and risk management processes *

• Demonstrated successful experience coordinating Sponsor technical requirements with stakeholders and communicate potential issues *

• Demonstrated successful experience in applying critical thinking on Sponsor developed capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability and providing sound recommendations to remedy technical issues *

• Demonstrated successful experience with the development of project plans *

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, PP, Excel, Etc.) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
