OverviewThe M365 Core Design team is looking for a systems-minded Senior Voice Designer to help share the future of AI-powered experiences in the Microsoft Copilot Chat team. This is a role that works across voice, screen and vision modalities to create intuitive, inclusive and delightful conversational UX Experiences. ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end conversational experiences acrossvoice in/out,screen + voice, andvision + voicemodalities on Windows, Web, Mobile and across multiple app experiences.Collaborate with LLM service teams to shape prompt strategies, output formatting, and fallback behaviors.Prototype and test multimodal interactions that balanceclarity,efficiency, anddelight.Define interaction models forturn-taking,interruptibility, andcontextual groundingin voice-first and hybrid experiences.Partner with researchers, PMs, scientists, and engineers to validate designs and iterate based on user feedback and telemetry.Contribute to design systems and frameworks that scale across products and platforms. | |
