We are seeking a Principal Software Engineering Manager to join our team who will have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers on innovative distributed systems technologies and contribute to the implementation of advanced algorithms designed to solve complex, large-scale performance challenges. ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate accountability in developing and maintaining the service. Proactively enhance resiliency, reduce latency, and ensure product reliability, while advocating for engineering best practices. Leading engineering projects focused on high-scale distributed services, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion. Formulate and prioritize comprehensive engineering plans for your team, and foster effective collaboration with partner organizations. Establish a positive, inclusive team culture consistent with Microsoft cultural attributes, values, leadership principles and manager expectations.
