We have an exciting opportunity as an entry-level Facilities Coordinator for a high-visibility corporate account. We're looking for an organized, efficient individual who is proficient in Google Suite and eager to learn. You'll contribute across various regions, collaborating with diverse teams to keep our clients' facilities running smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Facilities Coordinator-Customer Care

  • Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle support services and other account team members.
  • Assists with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to create and upkeep work orders with technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.
  • Support work order completion, closeout, and customer acknowledgment of fulfillment.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Assist with process oriented tasks
  • Assist with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
  • Must exhibit superior customer service skills with professionalism and high-level service orientation.
  • Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations.
  • Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance.
  • Ensures appropriate follow-up with customers, facility managers and vendors.
  • Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
  • Understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators.
  • Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school education or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google sheets, Google Drive and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style are needed.
