FCSA is currently hiring an experienced Lead Warehouse Operator to join our Team to support the future growth of the Company. Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting in the daily supervision of warehouse operations to assure that company policies and procedures are followed. Promote personal and professional growth of department employees through regular communication and continued training. Inspect and maintain a safe work environment and clean facility Pulling parts and loading trucks Receiving and checking in direct bound freight into our inventory software. Ensuring that correct orders are pulled and delivered. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: The ability to lift 50-75 pounds. A high school diploma or GED preferred with seven (7) years of experience in a logistics/warehouse field or nine (9) years of experience with no education. Prior experience in a multi-faceted business experience with an emphasis on inventory management preferred. Supervisory experience in an inventory environment highly preferred Forklift experience and Certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Dependable, organized and committed. USD 25.82 - 38.70 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $25.82 - $38.70/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
