Clinical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

The Clinical Implementation Specialist II includes all responsibilities of the Clinical Implementation Specialist and is able to function as Clinical Lead on Implementation projects. Will function as a support resource on advanced parameter, Sedline, and systems projects. Will act as an adjunct mentor/trainer with the Senior Clinical Implementation Specialist to train new hires to the job.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Function as Project Clinical Lead and for Masimo implementations.
• Facilitate workflow and clinical application discussions with the customer.
• Coordinate with the health care facility and OEM partners to provide a successful transition to Masimo Products
• Drive the process to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Facilitate transition/hand-off to the Masimo local team at the completion of the implementation.
• Present a positive/professional leadership image reflective of Masimo Corporation and GPES Management.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver educational presentations to Masimo employees.
• Assist Sr Clinical Implementation Specialist to coach and mentor new hire CIS's during Phases II and IV of the New Hire Training Process.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 + years of critical care or related experience.
• Demonstration of leadership qualities recognized by Masimo Management Team as well as the Clinical Implementation Group.
• Successful completion of advanced training classes as deemed necessary by the Global Professional Education Dept. and the Clinical Implementation Management Team.
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be PC literate, including but not limited to the Masimo Customer Relations Management Tools and Masimo Project Management Tools.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan independently, and collaborate with sales, field clinical and project management team members to meet the goals of the company and attain customer satisfaction/loyalty.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver educational presentations to Masimo employees.
• Ability to travel extensively; Overnight Travel is required (75% or more).

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Track record of coordinating with multiple key stakeholders to deliver results.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000- $95,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer contact on a daily basis. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and lifting (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds). Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to own and operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
