The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Global Architectural Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams, supporting approximately 900 employees. This role is accountable for delivering comprehensive HR services and day-to-day support across a wide range of functions, including but not limited to employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, organization support and structure design, talent acquisition, employee benefits and compensation.


  • Collaborates closely with the SVP of Global Architectural Operations and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations on HR-related matters.

  • Drives employee engagement by leading action planning initiatives and organizing engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Promotes a culture of belonging through inclusive engagement across various channels, while monitoring compliance with EEO and annual Affirmative Action Programs (AAP).
  • Leads and supports employee relations strategies that cultivate a safe, respectful, and productive work environment, including conflict resolution and issue mediation.
  • Ensures adherence to corporate and divisional policies, as well as compliance with all relevant external laws and regulations.
  • Supports the annual performance management cycle, including training facilitation, calibration sessions, and performance data reporting.
  • Partners with the Learning and Organizational Development team to implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Contributes to talent management efforts, including succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of individual growth plans.
  • Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process-posting roles, recommending compensation, drafting offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
  • Provides compensation support through market analysis, promotional reviews, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR information system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and services, delivering timely and informative responses.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • HR Certification (SHRM or PHR/SPHR)

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as Human Resources Generalist, Business Partner, or Manager
  • Experience in investigating and resolving employee relations and loss prevention matters
  • Experience in performance management, career planning, and career development techniques
  • Familiarity with compensation review, incentive plans and benefits programs
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Preferred:

  • Experience providing HR support in a multi-location environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all levels in the organization
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations and plans of action
