Responsibilities

Join Our Dynamic Team as an Executive Assistant!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to support our leaders and keep our operations running smoothly!

What You'll Do:

Master the Calendar: Schedule appointments and meetings with precision! Keep everything updated and organized for multiple leaders.
Coordinate with Style: Reserve meeting spaces, arrange audio/visual equipment, and publish agendas like a pro!
Travel Guru: Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and seminar registrations effortlessly!
Data Dynamo: Prepare detailed reports, compile stats, and support our web-based department sites!
Communication Wizard: Draft memos, letters, and presentations with flair! Keep correspondence organized and timely!
Expense Expert: Track and process expense reports and ensure budget accuracy!
Time Keeper: Support timekeeping for senior management and ensure everything runs like clockwork!
Project Coordinator: Proactively manage department initiatives and special projects with confidentiality and sound judgment!
Office Overlord: Oversee the reception area and manage administrative staff with grace!


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
10+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
Proficiency with computer software programs with special emphasis on calendaring, presentation, and spreadsheet capabilities. Advanced knowledge of computer software programs (e.g. MS Office and other relevant software as identified) and willingness to learn new IT systems.
Proficiency in working with online databases.
