Application Window Open date: July 29, 2025 Next review date: Friday, Aug 29, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Tuesday, Sep 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry is seeking to fill one full-time Lecturer position for academic year 2025- 2026. This position will coordinate advanced laboratories for the Master of Science in Biotechnology and Master of Science in Biotechnology Management students (MB250L, MB251L, and MB252L) with the faculty instructor. This involves preparing and supervising laboratories for a minimum of 8 hours/week, instructing students in daily laboratory procedures, grading, ordering supplies, and maintaining laboratory compliance. The minimum requirement is experience teaching biology laboratories related to this course topic, and/or an advance degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in biology. Experience in research and teaching within graduate level laboratories in molecular biology and biochemistry is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
