A&P Line Station Manager

STS Line Maintenance is hiring an A&P Line Station Manager to lead our growing team in Fort Myers, Florida (RSW). If you have proven line maintenance and management experience, and you're ready to oversee daily operations while still getting your hands dirty, this is the role for you.

We're looking for a seasoned A&P-certified professional with at least five years of line maintenance experience and three years in a management role. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and be ready to lead by example. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while managing people, schedules, and quality/safety documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of line maintenance experience
  
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
  
• Valid A&P License required
  
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  
• Strong time management and communication skills
  
• Leadership experience in a hands-on, high-volume maintenance setting
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; KRONOS experience preferred
  
• Capable of interpreting Company and Manufacturer Manuals (GMMs / AMMs)
  
• GENFAM completions and air carrier training required for station aircraft
  
• Able to perform all line maintenance duties independently
  
• Must provide own basic set of hand tools
  
• Willing to work shift-based schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  
• Ability to input and approve work orders in compliance with policies
  
• Able to manage team schedules to meet air carrier requirements efficiently
  
• Experience completing quality, safety, and maintenance documentation
  
• Able to train and support technicians across all aspects of their roles
  
• Clean MVR and valid Driver License required
  
• Must pass background check and obtain required airport badges
  
• Must be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces and changing weather conditions
  

• Pay: $95,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience
  
• Benefits: PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) available for full-time employees
  
• Part-Time: No benefits provided
