The Vice President of Campaign Creative will drive creative across the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness through demand generation campaigns. This VP will build and lead an innovative, global team of 50+ designers and copywriters. This role will report the SVP of Brand and Creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global team of creative leaders, copywriters and designers to deliver integrated campaigns across brand, segments, industries, and products.

  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to deliver strategic, insight-driven work that drives results.

  • Work closely with Product leaders to ensure clear prioritization and planning for the creative team.

  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing leaders to ensure that our best customer stories are entwined into our campaign storytelling

  • Push the boundaries of copy across a variety of mediums and disciplines including video, web, social, long-form content, print, podcasts, and more.

  • Leverage Salesforce brand standards and global guidelines to drive the promise of our brand in aspects of the marketing funnel.

  • Drive a culture of data-driven creativity that supports our team to do the most impactful and best work of their careers.

  • Deliver direct and inspired feedback across all elements of our marketing touch points.

  • Act as a collaborator and thought leader who inspires innovation and breakthrough thinking, challenges the conventional, and fosters new, bold creative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading and managing a large team within an agency or in-house creative group.

  • World-class portfolio of work demonstrating innovative creative across multiple channels, including long-form and short-form content.

  • Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to produce and pitch strategic presentations to all levels of an organization.

  • Effective communicator who can convey and execute on their own creative vision and help communicate the experience of our customers.

  • Advanced understanding of all dimensions of the business strategy inside advertising, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into innovative marketing experiences.

  • Copywriting background with a track record of leading breakthrough storytelling.

  • Experience combining strategy, content, and messaging with creative deliverables.

  • Hands-on expertise in developing creative concepts.

  • Expert knowledge of creative process and digital creative software tools.
