What will you be doing?

You will be managing customer order processes with high precision; this can include entry, inspection, change processing, calculating fees, etc. This role acts as a liaison between the assigned customer accounts and the internal departments. Additionally, you will communicate professionally and timely with internal/external customers and suppliers.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of directly related experience
  
  
  
  
  • An Associate's Degree in a related field may substitute 1-2 years of experience
  
  
  
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
• At least 3 years of prior customer service experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with staff and management
• Experience resolving technical issues
• Good problem analysis/resolution skills

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $19.20 - $25.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
