Your tasks Responsible for leading digital transformation projects related to maintenance and production Analyzing equipment and process data to improve production efficiency Development of data structures in SAP S4Hana to support the MES system and data quality Ensuring and improving the required system availability First contact for engineering and technical matters Commissioning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance measures with suppliers and coordinating them with the relevant production areas Planning and coordinating maintenance measures in the event of planned production interruptions Responsible for spare parts management and planning of maintenance and servicing measures All other duties as assigned. Your profile Engineering degree in mechatronics, electronics or automation Comprehensive technical understanding of state of the art equipment with high complexity Experience in applying IoT tools for process optimization Ability to analyze complex processes and putting data into a context Very good SAP knowledge Very good IT skills Profound knowledge in the digital transformation of maintenance and production processes High sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness Strong problem-solving orientation Initiative; independent and conscientious way of working Ability to work in a diverse team High willingness for further training Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automatization and Maintenance Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the digitalization of maintenance and production processes or related role within the automotive industry, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment. Passing a company post-employment physical as well as controlled substance testing and background and security checks, as required. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: Working conditions: The role involves working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, which may include exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and move around the facility for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed.
