Join our Food & Beverage - Outlets TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Outlet services. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant and bar customers.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
  • Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • In collaboration with the F&B Manager, develops and implements new menus, marketing strategies, and promotions for holidays and special events Taste test food and beverage products for consistency.
  • Taste test food and beverage products for consistency.
  • Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas


Physical Demands:



  • Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment
  • Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas


Qualifications:

Education:





    • High school diploma or its equivalent




Experience:





    • 3-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
    • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
    • Food Handlers Certification required
    • OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
    • Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
