Position Summary:

Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Unit Leader to manage the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, inventorying, tracking, and distribution of incident-related resources and supplies. This position coordinates closely with the Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to identify and procure resources that align with mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Order, receive, process, and store incident-related supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all supplies and materials
  • Track resource usage and status throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Distribute supplies efficiently to support ongoing field operations
  • Coordinate with Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to source necessary resources
  • Ensure timely restocking and replacement of critical supplies
  • Prepare reports on inventory and supply chain status as needed
  • Support logistical planning and operational coordination


Basic Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of work experience in a logistics or supply management role
  • Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills
  • Experience in emergency management or incident response preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software
  • Must be a U.S. citizen


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting emergency logistics and supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of ICS structure and resource management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and WebEOC

  • Performance Location: On-site while on assignment (location TBD)
  • Relocation Assistance: Not applicable
  • Clearance Required: None
  • Travel Required: Yes - up to 100% while on assignment


Working Environment:

Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), field environments, or remote coordination centers. Extended hours and travel may be required across the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.
