Nokia is seeking a top tier candidate for the Order Management Analyst role. The Order Management Analyst works with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and other functional groups as required to ensure orders accurate, processed in a timely manner, comply with order processing guidelines, contractual and revenue/SOX compliance. The Order Management Analyst will be experienced in a high complexity order-processing environment, possess a strong understanding of cross-functional impacts of transactions, and be flexible and solution-oriented. - To provide order management support to a global customer base
- Review the PO and process the sales orders to ensure Infinera's compliance with the corporate booking policy, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, revenue compliance and internal guidelines
- Review customer contracts to understand the terms and conditions as and when needed
- Review Salesforce reports/dashboards on regular basis and work with the related parties to close the issues
- As needed assist in creating user documentation for the Order Management group
- Resolve pricing and discount discrepancies when they arise
- Provide internal reporting as needed
- Perform ad hoc projects, UAT testing and administrative duties as they are assigned
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years order administration experience preferred
- SAP & Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in International Order Processing.
- General knowledge of revenue recognition and/or work experience in a publicly traded company
- Experience with high volume environment with complex pricing and contracts
- Strong coordination skills are required with the ability to multitask
- Works well with minimal supervision; works well with others
- Must be highly detailed oriented to be able to reconcile order details to the customer purchase order and complex contracts
- Must have excellent written, verbal and math skills
- Basic understanding of sales tax, VAT and Incoterms
- Intermediate Excel skills
