Job Summary

TDIndustries is seeking a results-driven leader, that lays the foundation for smarter, leaner operations across our company. The Director of Business Process Improvement will champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, guiding cross-functional teams to reimagine workflows and deliver smarter, faster outcomes.


Essential Duties

Process Excellence

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Analyze and redesign processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Partner with business units to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve service delivery.
  • Serve as centralized intake hub for process improvement requests
  • Build and maintain a process excellence roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate business needs with IT capabilities for technology-enabled efficiency
  • Develop the training, tools, and processes that strengthen the organization's process improvement capabilities and foster a culture of business-led continuous improvement.

Change Management & Communication

  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders, promote transparency, and highlight wins.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team within business process improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the organization (both within and without direct reporting structure).

Program Leadership

  • Collaborate on cross-functional programs aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-impact delivery.
  • Collaborate on program governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure value realization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on program risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, business transformation, or process improvement.
  • Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping and management software. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience using a change management model such as Kotter, Adkar, Bridges, etc..
  • Experience leading teams preferred.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks is a plus but not required.
