Job Summary
The Technical Performance Analyst will manage and improve the performance of our customers buildings via cultivating client relationships and delivering insight by analyzing building data. Oversees all customer HVAC performance meetings through the use of TD's BrightBlue software. This role provides HVAC and BAS technical insights by analyzing installed technology platforms daily, managing tasks, and driving positive impact for customers. The Technical Performance Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to customer sites will be required for performance meetings and system reviews. Essential Duties
