Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Expert (Solutions Developer Staff IV). This position will play a key role in coordinating activities across procurement, compliance, and IT teams to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes that meet rigorous federal contracting standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for Ariba professionals in the Los Angeles area who are passionate about digital procurement transformation and experienced in the nuances of government compliance (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, etc.).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Ariba modules including B&I, Network, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Enablement.
  • Support Ariba-to-S/4HANA integrations and tailor solutions for federal procurement workflows.
  • Partner with supplier management teams to ensure successful onboarding aligned with government compliance standards.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through Ariba best practices, especially as they relate to federal contract types(CPFF, T&M, FFP).
  • Conduct design workshops and requirements gathering sessions with internal customers.
  • Create and run Ariba system demos for internal customers.
  • Ensure procurement transactions meet all applicable FAR/DFARS and ITARrequirements.
  • Assist with documentation, process mapping, and audit preparation for DCAA/DCMAoversight.
  • Deliver training and support for end users across procurement and compliance teams.

What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of SAP Ariba experience with strong knowledge in B&I, Network, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Enablement.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
  • Background in US Government Contractingwith working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement lifecycle requirements.
  • Strong understanding of various supplier contract types and relationships to ceiling-oriented contracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M).
  • Familiarity with Ariba-ERP integration (S4HANA via CIG or middleware).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

How You Stand Out

It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 8 or more years of related work experience
  • Ariba Certification(s) in one or more modules listed above.
  • Experience supporting procurement systems during DCAA/DCMA CPSR audits.
  • Experience with SAP S4 HANA, Deltek Costpoint, or other ERP systems common in GovCon environments
  • Experience in implementing S4 HANA solution in the Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, Materials Management, MRP, Inventory Management, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration is a bonus.

We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$120,300 - $180,400 Pay Basis: Annual
