Job DescriptionPosition Summary In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for managing large-scale, strategic initiatives within theDPS Oneprogram - a cornerstone of Visa's Debit Processing Services modernization strategy. You will oversee multiple workstreams spanning product, technology, and operational functions, ensuring successful delivery of new products, features, and services that drive client satisfaction, differentiate Visa's DPS offering, and enable revenue growth. You will lead end-to-end program delivery usingSAFe Agileprinciples, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex dependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and results to senior leadership. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120,900.00 to 175,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
