Dean-Osteopathic Medicine PCOM South Georgia in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean-Osteopathic Medicine at the Moultrie, Georgia campus. As a senior academic officer for PCOM South Georgia, the Dean will provide strategic and operational leadership across all facets of the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program, including curriculum, faculty affairs, student engagement, research, and community outreach. Reporting to the Dean and Provost of the Philadelphia campus (parent campus), the Dean will serve as the primary liaison for PCOM South Georgia, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities while advancing the unique mission and identity of the Moultrie campus. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced academic leader who is passionate about osteopathic medical education and dedicated to serving rural and underserved communities in Georgia and beyond. The curriculum blends lectures with hands-on learning in osteopathic medicine, clinical sciences, and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), giving students additional tools to diagnose and treat patients. Clinical rotations in the third and fourth years take place across the Southeast, where students gain real-world experience under the guidance of practicing physicians.
