The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Position Summary:

The Analyst, HR Transformation Support, will provide essential operational and project coordination support for various HR transformation initiatives

This role will play a key part in the execution of the HR roadmap, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Director and Senior Analyst in coordinating HR transformation projects, tracking milestones, and managing project documentation
  • Playbook Development Support: Contribute to the creation and refinement of the HR service delivery playbook, ensuring documentation is accurate and user-friendly
  • Communication Support: Draft and disseminate internal communications related to HR transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Operating Model Operationalization: Support the operationalization of the new HR Operating Model, assisting with training coordination, system updates, and process implementation
  • Working Group Logistics: Manage logistics for working group meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document outcomes and action items
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the HR Performance Improvement team and various HR functions to facilitate information flow and collaboration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

1-3+ years of experience in an HR support, project coordination, or administrative role, preferably within a large organization

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment,

Understanding of basic HR concepts and processes is a plus,
