Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. This role serves as a vital liaison between Sales, Operations, Design, and Customer Service, ensuring smooth communication across departments and delivering exceptional support to customers throughout the entire process. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting the sales team and operations teams, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. This position will also support order processing, material coordination, and back charges as needed. Bilingual English and Spanish, and POS previous experience are a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Customer Service Strong Communication Skills Detail Oriented Reporting and Data Entry, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Scheduling Interface with sales team and customers, providing updates on pricing, delivery, and schedules. Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production. Direct order entry/processing, ensuring orders are entered and released in a correct and efficient manner. Invoicing and account reconciliation, including pricing term updates and late payment follow up. Schedule based on design, production, and delivery capabilities. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Word Processing Software Spreadsheet Software Internet Software Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e., policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group of associates or customers. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field preferred |
