Architect the Cash Experience: Lead the end-to-end strategy for Safelite's cash consumer journey, integrating insights across digital, contact center, and field channels to drive conversion and profitability. Promotional Strategy Leadership: Develop and refine discounting and promotional frameworks in partnership with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams-ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with CX, Digital, Marketing, and Operations leaders to deliver a unified and optimized consumer experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and storytelling to build compelling business cases, influence senior stakeholders, and guide strategic investments. Performance Management: Own channel performance reporting and promotional effectiveness, continuously evaluating impact on profitability and customer engagement. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and growth.
What you'll bring...
10 years of relevant experience: Proven ability to design and execute customer experience strategies that deliver financial results. Analytical Expertise: Strong modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred). Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Must be comfortable with 4 days a week in office (Columbus, OH - HQ) Retail & Promotions Experience: 4-6 years in retail, consumer experience, or promotional strategy, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes. Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of people leadership, with a passion for developing talent and building collaborative teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
