General Laborer - Full Time, All Shifts


POSITION SUMMARY:

General Labor performs a variety of routine tasks in support of production. Primary function of this position includes material/product handling and providing production and quality assurance support. This position works collaboratively to achieve Nestle business objectives of safety, productivity, customer service, quality, and environmental protection.

* Pay rate is $19.34/hour with an additional shift premium for 2nd ($0.75) and 3rd ($1.25) shift
* Variety of shifts available including 1st (6am-2:30pm), 2nd (2pm-10pm) and 3rd (10pm-6:30am)

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

* Play a hands-on role in product flow and quality by operating industrial equipment, packaging finished goods, and managing material transfers to keep operations smooth and efficient.
* Support product excellence by blending ingredients with precision, performing quality rework tasks, and ensuring packaging meets our high standards.
* Champion a safe work environment by proactively identifying and reporting potential hazards.
* Gain valuable experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), enhancing your skills in quality, safety, and compliance
* Contribute continuous improvement ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Drive sustainability by promoting resource efficiency and actively participating in recycling and pollution prevention initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

* High school diploma or GED (preferred).
* 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred).

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.34. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
