We're looking for an eager and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in telecom or experience in project coordination/analyst roles. This is a great opportunity to support infrastructure projects across the Hawaiian Islands and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: * Distribute engineering drawings and route bills of materials (BOMs) for quotes and purchase orders. Project Coordination: * Confirm material deliveries and update SAP records. * Consolidate materials from multiple orders for deployment. * Schedule project kick-off meetings with internal teams and contractors. * Coordinate monthly project schedules across islands, ensuring: * Site readiness (permits, access, safety, vegetation clearing) * Material delivery * Submission of required documentation (LHOs, Holdoffs) * Notify operations center (NOSC) of upcoming work and arrange outage windows. * Arrange safety and substation entry training for contractors. * Travel to HELCO and MECO as needed. Project Analyst Support: * Share updates and reports with engineers (dashboards, forecasts, accruals). * Pull data for planning (drawings, material orders, kickoff dates). * Assist with budget approval reports. * Set up projects and work orders in SAP. * Generate service invoice entries (SES). * Occasionally update internal systems (UI). Required Skills * Project coordination and scheduling * Meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication * Reporting and documentation * SAP experience preferred * Telecom industry experience a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $43.00/hr.
