Seasonal (Seasonal) JOB TITLE: Ski and Ride School Administrative Assistant DIVISION: Ski and Ride School REPORTS TO: Ski and Ride School Director, Business Manager and Supervisors LOCATION: Moonbeam Ski and Ride School Sales Location CLASSIFICATION: Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal/ Hourly POSITION: The Ski and Ride Administrative Assistant conducts the daily, weekly and seasonal administrative functions of the Ski and Snowboard School, with job duties that oversee employee management and guest service. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in a high pressure, multi-tasking, busy environment. Must be flexible, positive, and able to work in a team environment. Strong social, verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail. High School graduate. Payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred. Previous experience in Workday, Flaik, RTP systems or equivalent HR / resort management systems is preferred. Previous experience in a Ski & Snowboard school environment is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in a winter environment. Strong computer skills are a must. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and adherence to policies and procedures. Assist with organizing staff transportation. Private lesson management and guest service Special program organization, communication, and lineup Assist with Timekeeping and payroll.
