After School Site Coordinator - Southampton MA

The Collaborative for Educational Services is seeking a Site Coordinator to run the daily operations in our After School program in Southampton, MA.

If you:

• Are energetic and love working with students.
• Have some experience supervising others
• Have experience as an educator
• Are ready to think out of the box to create dynamic before and after-school programming,

You will:

• Work with a staff of 6-10 people to engage up to 40-45 students
• Manage operations of the program
• Offer a before-school component to a smaller group of students during the school year, in addition to robust afterschool programming.
• Design homework supports specific academic content areas like ELA, math, etc.
• Schedule exciting enrichment activities for students
• Immerse yourself in the school community

This position is part-time (starting at 25 hours/week). Hourly pay is $26.01/hour. Position may require working during school year vacations (February and April).
