Summary of Position

As the Senior Director of 24/7 Care, you will lead the growth and evolution of Teladoc Health's highest-volume service line. This is a transformative role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation. You'll manage the 24/7 Care P&L and be responsible for enhancing our clinical offering to deliver more value per visit, unlock new revenue opportunities, and better meet the evolving needs of our members and clients.

In this position, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact - improving member outcomes, increasing engagement, and integrating Acute Care more deeply into our full continuum of services, including chronic condition management, mental health, and primary care. You'll play a central role in advancing Teladoc Health's vision of Integrated Care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the $350M+ 24/7 Care P&L, with a focus on expanding revenue, improving margin, and enhancing long-term sustainability.

  • Shape the evolution of the 24/7 Care product, expanding its clinical scope to address a broader range of member needs and increasing the impact and value of each interaction.

  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Finance to manage performance of 24/7 Care KPIs

  • Identify and execute on white space opportunities in both stand-alone 24/7 Care service and Integrated Offerings.

  • Work closely with Clinical and Data Science teams to define, track, and showcase clinical and economic outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Integrate Voice of Client insights into strategy and planning, ensuring 24/7 Care remains competitive and deeply aligned to client expectations.

  • Support sales and commercial teams with compelling value propositions that drive pipeline health, bookings, and renewal performance.

  • Partner with consumer marketing on initiatives to enhance member engagement, utilization, and satisfaction through data-driven, cross-functional collaboration. Develop and champion marketing strategies that drive awareness, member acquisition, and adoption across key client segments.

  • Contribute to contract strategy and deal structuring that reflect product value and market dynamics.

The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, virtual care, or digital health, with a strong track record of P&L and business experience and cross-functional leadership.

  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and employer landscapes.

  • Experience building and scaling clinical or virtual care products in a growth-focused environment.

  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.

  • A member-first mindset combined with a business-owner mentality.

  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling ability.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled.

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire vision and drive revenue and outcomes.

  • Excellent critical thinking, analysis, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship building and influence skills & demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through a matrix management structure.

  • Strong knowledge of client service and operational processes with an ability to maximize efficiency and enhance profitability.

  • Detail and process oriented.

The base salary range for this position is$200,000 - $225,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
